1. Golden Calm Energy Bites
Soft, no-bake bites with a mellow citrus warmth.
Ingredients
1 cup oats
½ cup almond butter
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp infused coconut oil (190 mg jar, well mixed)
Zest of 1 orange
Pinch of salt
Method
Mix everything until fully combined. Roll into small balls and chill for 30 minutes.
Dosing
2 tbsp infused oil ≈ ~24 mg total cannabinoids per batch
(~2–3 mg per bite if making 10–12)
2. Serene Chocolate Drizzle Brownies
Rich, simple brownies with a smooth infused finish. **Ingredients** 1 box brownie mix (or homemade base) ¼ cup infused coconut oil (part of total fat) 2 tbsp regular oil or butter 50g dark chocolate (for drizzle) **Method** Prepare brownies as usual, replacing part of the fat with infused oil. Bake and cool, then drizzle with melted chocolate. **Dosing** ¼ cup infused oil ≈ ~95 mg total cannabinoids per batch (Cut into 12 = ~8 mg each)
3. Chill Lemon Pasta Dressing
Light, fresh, and perfect for a relaxed evening meal.
Ingredients
3 tbsp infused coconut oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove (minced)
Salt + pepper
Method
Whisk together and toss through warm pasta or roasted vegetables.
Dosing
3 tbsp infused oil ≈ ~36 mg total cannabinoids
